Booking Terms & Conditions

We want booking with us to be as easy and stress-free as possible. Please take a moment to read the following so you know how everything works.

Deposits & Payments

One-on-One Sessions

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • If the balance isn’t paid by then, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit will be non-refundable.

Group Sessions

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in a group session.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
  • Deposits apply only to the specific session booked and cannot be transferred to another date or event.

Cancellations & Refunds

One-on-One Sessions

  • If you need to cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, we’ll refund your payment (minus a $5 administration fee).
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.

Group Sessions

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel, the deposit will be forfeited as it holds a spot that could have gone to someone else.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or on the day of the group session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One-on-One Sessions

  • Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
  • We’ll happily move your booking to a new date and time (subject to availability).
  • Your deposit will roll over to your new booking.

Group Sessions

  • Rescheduling is not available for group sessions. Deposits are tied to the specific event booked.

No-Shows

One-on-One Sessions

  • If you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t let us know, unfortunately we can’t provide a refund.

Group Sessions

  • If you don’t attend the group session, your deposit and any balance due cannot be refunded.

Agreement

By making a booking, you’re confirming that you understand and agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting the time, energy, and space held for you.
